That’s right. . . we’re back baby! And like, well… always, it’s time to mix things up! SO, we would like to re-introduce you to THE H LIST – literally.

It is here we will share our Agents insights into the fortnightly focus. And we figured it would be fitting to look at Holidays with our first H LIST of 2022!

LAUREN MCHUTCHISON – Inner South Principal

Q: What was the highlight of your Holidays? L: My highlight was spending quality time with my husband and kids

Q: How do you spend your time off?  Q: What are your hot tips for Brisbane based holidays – fun activities locally, day trip locations, great locales L:We went camping in Noosa for a few nights, but spent most of the time doing day trips to places like South Bank & the Gold Coast.

Q: Is there something you do to help say goodbye to the year that was and welcome focus for the year to come? L:Every year, our family writes down the things on paper that have caused us challenges throughout the year and we place them in our new years eve campfire to say goodbye :)

Q: How did you manage clocking off from work during your time off – or did you at all? Do you have any tips for keeping your finger on the pulse while enjoying yourself and your relaxation time? L: Clocking off in its entirety is pretty hard to do when you love what you do, so I committed to only working 3 hours a day throughout the holidays and made sure the time was taken to really sit back and relax.

Q: What is your focus for 2022? L:Grow our sales team & increase the market share in our local area!

JAROD PERRY – Inner East Principal

Q: What was the highlight of your Holidays? J: The highlight of my break would have been my jet ski trip from Airlie Beach to Whitehaven. I was fortunate enough to be able to spend a few hours over at Whitehaven Beach without the hassle of a tour guide or a big group of people.

Q: How do you spend your time off? J: I like to spend my time off catching up with family and friends, preferably somewhere close to the water or by a beach. Q: What are your hot tips for Brisbane based holidays – fun activities locally, day trip locations, great locales I have recently been spending quite a bit of time around the Whitsundays’s due to COVID and restrictions on travel. We’re very fortunate that we have such an amazing backyard here in queensland without having to cross any state or international borders.

Q: Is there something you do to help say goodbye to the year that was and welcome focus for the year to come? J: That would be my goal setting, once im clear on my vision for the year ahead and most importantly have it written down, im ready to rock n roll.

Q: How did you manage clocking off from work during your time off – or did you at all? Do you have any tips for keeping your finger on the pulse while enjoying yourself and your relaxation time? J: It is hard to wind down or turf off as such when you’re so use to being ON all the time. That’s why surrounding myself with family and friends, especially those I may have not seen in awhile is a great distraction. To be honest, I don’t think im ever completely off…

Q: What is your focus for 2022? J: To help as many clients as I can!

ELISA MCMAHON – Inner North Lead Agent

Q: What was the highlight of your Holidays? E: The highlight of my holidays was Christmas Day, spending it with my family and watching my son boogie board in the waves at the beach.

Q: How do you spend your time off? E:Time with family and friends, eating, being in nature and swimming in these hot summer months!

Q: What are your hot tips for Brisbane based holidays – fun activities locally, day trip locations, great locales E: Enoggera Dam is one of Brisbane’s best kept secrets – for those that don’t have a pool it’s excellent, safe swimming and perfect for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding in the hills.

Q: Is there something you do to help say goodbye to the year that was and welcome focus for the year to come? E:Reviewing the year that was and celebrating how many beautiful clients I helped to achieve their property goals and dreams. Love what I do!

Q: How did you manage clocking off from work during your time off – or did you at all? Do you have any tips for keeping your finger on the pulse while enjoying yourself and your relaxation time? E: Given the year was a big one, I made a firm commitment to do no work while I was on break.  And now that has put me in a really strong mindset (feeling refreshed) to help even more clients this year.

Q: What is your focus for 2022? E: I am placing all my energy on the Clayfield market, working with a community I love, and helping them to achieve their property dreams.  I am also focused on giving back to the community and supporting local schools within the area.
