This one’s all about most folks’ favourite subject – FOOD!

DO THIS (FOR EVERYONE)

Head over this Sunday (August 1st) to James St for the epic James St Food Trail. They’ll be closing off the street to accommodate the crowds of food fanatics who’ll be chowing down on things like the Snicky Glasses Gelato Bar from Messina, there’ll be wood-fired pizza from Bianca, porchetta rolls from Mosconi and you can wash it down with a Lobby Bar Calile Spritz. See you there and bon apetit!

EAT THIS (FOR PET OWNERS)

If you’re hankering for a coffee, but you can’t leave the fur baby at home, go and check out Kith ‘n Chow, an amazing alfresco spot in Mt Gravatt. They operate out of a vintage caravan and if you’re out with a friend, we recommend the breakfast platter. A little tip – go with an empty stomach.

EAT THIS (FOR FAMILIES/WORK MATES)

For the cutest-suburban-Italian restaurant/café, you cannot go past Osteria Epoca on Orontes Rd, Yeronga. In fact, we love it so much we’re all heading there next week for a wine & pizza party to welcome Lauren and Chloe to the H & H team – expect lots of Instagram stories!

DRINK THIS (FOR COUPLES)

Rug up and sit in a poolside cabana at Hotel X while you take in the view and enjoy a Pina Colada or two – who said Winter in Brisbane was cold?

SNACK ON THIS (FOR GROUPS OF FRIENDS)

Bill’s Burgers brings to the streets of Brisbane gourmet burgers and loaded fries. This Saturday night they’re heading up to Sandstone Point for the Bonfire Night from 3pm till late. If you’re thinking of going, you can grab a table on the top deck of their double decker food bus for a great spot to watch the fireworks!

Bon apetit everyone.
