In this edition of Sold Stories we helped one seller achieve a long-held dream of travelling around Australia, another is moving to Sydney’s northern beaches, and others are moving to Tasmania to retire!
The owner of 34 Calliope Cct, Murarrie, had been looking forward to retirement for some time and had recently purchased the RV she planned to use to travel up the East Coast of Australia. The buyer was wanting a larger home to accommodate him and his girlfriend, and fell in love with it online (especially the floor plan and private pool and garden), before seeing it in the flesh. They can’t wait to move in and relax in this nothing-to-do-but-enjoy home.
33 Costello Place, Stafford Hts also sold recently for owners who’d built the home and loved it for 26 years. Letting go of the backdrop to their family memories was spurred on by a desire to move to Tasmania. The buyers are a young family who wanted a child-friendly environment in which to raise their kids. They love the fact that the back fence adjoins the Downfall Creek Park enabling an easy walk to Grandma’s place!
