In this edition of Sold Stories we helped one seller achieve a long-held dream of travelling around Australia, another is moving to Sydney’s northern beaches, and others are moving to Tasmania to retire!

The owner of 34 Calliope Cct, Murarrie, had been looking forward to retirement for some time and had recently purchased the RV she planned to use to travel up the East Coast of Australia. She enlisted H & H to sell her home of many years, because of the way we enable buyers to immerse their imaginations in the property, rather than a long list of features; and with multiple offers presented, her choice was confirmed to be right.

The purchasers had missed out on several homes prior and liked that this home wasn’t being auctioned and felt this provided transparency on price. They were overjoyed to be the winning buyers in the multiple offer scenario, and the kids can’t wait for summer to enjoy that pool!

The vendor of 60 King Arthur Tce, Tennyson, wanted to follow his heart and a long-term dream (because life is too short!) and purchase a property in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. He chose H & H Inner South Principal Lauren McHutchison after interviewing three other agents, and was glad he did with the home selling in 10 days.

The buyer was wanting a larger home to accommodate him and his girlfriend, and fell in love with it online (especially the floor plan and private pool and garden), before seeing it in the flesh. They can’t wait to move in and relax in this nothing-to-do-but-enjoy home.

33 Costello Place, Stafford Hts also sold recently for owners who’d built the home and loved it for 26 years. Letting go of the backdrop to their family memories was spurred on by a desire to move to Tasmania. They chose Allie because of her knowledge and results in Stafford Heights and were glad they did with the home selling for more than expectation and being unconditional in 21 days, saying Allie is a rare gem in the world of real estate.

The buyers are a young family who wanted a child-friendly environment in which to raise their kids. They love the fact that the back fence adjoins the Downfall Creek Park enabling an easy walk to Grandma’s place!
