Similar to many of the high-commission models now available, the H & H Independent Self-Employed* Agent model is different in that you'll be using the H & H brand rather than a small unknown brand that's built for you.

Our vision is 100 area specialist agents, across 100 suburbs under one industry leading brand, wowing our customers.

To achieve this, instead of establishing a large number of local offices to cover all the suburbs we serve, our model is based on a ‘Hub-and-Spoke’ strategy.

That means fewer yet much larger, more profitable offices. It also means a centralised, cloud-based operating system providing: Contract, VPA and Marketing administration. No doubling up. No waste. Lower overheads. Consistency.

There is a massive cost saving in this. Everyone wins. The agents keep more of their commission. Our clients are better served. And it means we can invest more in our people’s growth and in building market profile.

Hub No.1 (opened early 2018) is our Inner-East Hub located in Hawthorne. This hub covers a territory between Bulimba right out to Carindale.

Hub No.2 (opened late 2018) is our Inner-North Hub located in New Farm. This hub covers a larger than usual territory from New Farm to Stafford Heights. It’s also home to our centralised operating systems.

We’re looking to establish an Inner-West Hub and South Bayside Hub at some stage. There is also an opportunity for a Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast Hub.
