THE HAWTHORNE OFFICE
Our street setting across the road from Hawthorne Park, and adjacent to Morningside State School, keeps us well-caffeinated. Thank you Chemistry for Coffee! It’s also close to all the action of the Inner East. It’s a spacious office for a large team that’s big in personality.
A bit of back story . . .
After several years in the industry Jarrod Perry (REIQ Young Gun 2019) embarked on a mission to team up with a boutique agency to open his own office.
After a lengthy research process, Jarrod decided he would open his doors under the H & H banner. His reason being, in his words, ‘After receiving some brilliant mentoring from Peter over a lengthy time period, I realised that his character and set of values were in alignment with mine. On top of that, I just love this brand!!’
A few of the H & H Inner East team’s favourite things to do in 4171 . . .
Jarrod: ‘My favourite thing to do in 4171 is to drive down Virginia Avenue in Hawthorne. It’s a beautiful, wide, tree-lined street with grand homes and views of the river and City. If I’m ever feeling like I need a bit of motivation or a ‘pick me up’ I take a drive down Virginia Ave. Works a charm!’
Ivana: ‘Being a lover of food, I really can’t go past the very BEST selection of Deli, coffee & fruit delights on this side of town at Hawthorne Garage. Also, I really love to going to the movies here. Plus the convenience of such lovely restaurants close by, like the delicious Downtown Instanbul and Primavera Restaurant.’
Sallyanne: ‘One of my favourite things to do is to drive to the top of Main Avenue Balmoral as the sun is setting. Or after it has set. The view is beyond beautiful and the scenery is always breathtaking. You see the rainbow colours of a sunset or the twinkling lights of the city framed by the pearls of the Story Bridge. You know you are blessed to be living in this suburb.’
Caleb: ‘I love that we’re footsteps from Chemistry of Coffee. A group of us from the office usually wander down mid-morning for a quick pick-me-up.’
Lisa: ‘Love to go for a run in the morning 5.30ish at Hawthorne Park – lots of people out and about and then grab a coffee at Hawthorne garage- great way to start the day!’
Melanie: ‘I enjoy a lovely Sunday morning or evening walk along the river with my puppy dog.’
We think you’ll love the Inner East as much as we do!
