THE INNER NORTH OFFICE
While times have changed, and property buyers no longer go window shopping, we decided it was still important to have a presence in the community we’ve chosen to serve. So, you’ll find us at the crossroads of Brunswick and Merthyr, New Farm, proudly occupying the corner site where the 7eleven used to be.
It’s fabulous to have been welcomed back into the inner north village we grew so fond of when we had our previous incarnation here from 2004 – 2010, Hutton Real Estate.
All our favourites are still here – the New Farm Deli, Lindsay who fixes our shoes and cuts keys for our rental department, Neil the barber, as well as Nerida and team at Sun & Earth. Plus, now there’s Dicki’s (our wonderful neighbours who kindly keep us caffeinated all day), Snap Fitness, Peter Augustus Meats, new fashion boutiques – the list goes on.
Sneaking down to New Farm Park at lunch for a walk is one of our favourite things to do, and now with the new public marina, we can eat our salad while we sit out on the river!
Come Saturday morning, before showtime (open houses!) we love to pop into the Powerhouse markets for all our fresh fruit and veg for the week.
Speaking of the weekend, you’ll often find us up at the New Farm Cinema watching the latest flick, and afterwards, we might pop into Gerties for a quick cocktail! Sunday morning an early morning stroll along the Riverwalk, then brekkie at Double Shot on Oxlade Drive.
As you can see, while we love working in New Farm, it’s even better to live here!
A few of the H & H Inner North team’s favourite things about 4005 . . .
Karen: “The people! It’s like a little world where every type of person is represented in this little world. That’s why I love it,”
Elisa: “I love going to Sun and Earth Organics for food and coffee,”
Lucy: “The Italians,”
Ashley: “The Mary Ryan Bookshop! I could browse in there for hours. If I’m ever missing from work, you’ll probably find me curled up in a corner of the bookshop,”
Paris: “I love the diversity in the area. There are people from all walks of life here,”
Peter: “I love the mix of property in the area. There’s everything from your one-bedroom apartments to your enormous mansions. From the modern homes to the heritage-listed, you’ll find everything here,”
