A part of Brisbane it’s impossible to not fall in love with.

Bike rides along the river, ice creams while strolling New Farm Park, bumping into friends at your local café. An amenity-rich suburb combined with its proximity to the CBD, New Farm has enjoyed years of extraordinary growth in property prices. New Farm is a place where the streets are wide and leafy, surrounded by the river and the pace of life is like a small country town.

It attracts people from Brisbane’s other blue-chip suburbs who no longer need the high-maintenance family home, and want something elegant, in the heart of the action. Welcome to New Farm, a suburb you’ll fall in love with (if you haven’t already).

NEW FARM’S INNER SECRETS . . .

+ Of course, the Brisbane Powerhouse isn’t really a secret. Everybody knows it hosts Brisbane’s best outdoor markets every Saturday. But what goes on inside is often overlooked in favour of Brisbane’s bigger venues. For example, every year they host the World Press Photo Exhibition – a free display of compelling moments from around the globe.

+  Soba, above our office cnr Merthyr and Brunswick is a gem of a yoga practice studio right in the heart of New Farm. They offer everything from Vinyasa to mindfulness, byo yoga mat.

+ The Sydney St City Hopper is your FREE (yes, absolutely free) way of getting to the CBD. Thank you, Brisbane City Council!!

+ The incredible wine selection at the New Farm Deli – won’t be long until they’re back on deck and serving the coffee we all love and the food we crave!

+ From the team behind ever-popular Vine Restaurant on Merthyr St, you need to check out their sister restaurant on Arthur St – Mosconi. Food and wind to die for here. These guys know their stuff.

+ Dicki’s are our neighbours, so it’s hard not to barrack for these guys, but honestly, they offer a brand of hospitality that’s second-to-none, and the vegan fare and brilliant coffees and smoothies are world-class! Oh, for a tasty little treat, you must try the peanut butter choc ball – it’s good for you!?

+ (This one is a VERY BIG SECRET!!) Ok, you’re in the inner circle now… this one is about finding that elusive parking space on James St. There’s a secret spot outside 2020 Optical on James St just beyond the space where the bus stops. We think it’s a 2 hour spot because it’s within the Central Parking District – but not many people know it’s there!!

Hope you get to experience and enjoy every inner secret of New Farm and surrounds!
