Ok, you’re in the inner circle now… this one is about finding that elusive parking space on James St. There’s a secret spot outside 2020 Optical on James St just beyond the space where the bus stops. We think it’s a 2 hour spot because it’s within the Central Parking District – but not many people know it’s there!!
