MOVEMENT IN THE PARK WITH AIKO

Aiko Neligan (of world-renowned Assembly by Aiko fame) is H & H’s resident wellness-through-movement instructor. Every second Thursday, we congregate on the lawn out the front of the H & H headquarters at 141 Brookes St, Fortitude Valley to receive her offering of cardio, toning, strength + yoga flow. Our last class for the year is December 1st at 8am (finish time is 8:45).
